Transaction Currency

All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via our website as well as direct payments via EFT.
EFT payments are to reflect in our bank account before goods will be released or dispatched.

Online Promotional Coupon Codes

Work Horse Tacks Online Store on occasion issues special promotional discount or Rand-value coupon codes for use on www.workhorsetack.co.za, shared with clients on the various marketing communication platforms.  Clear terms and conditions will be issued with the coupon code including an expiry date. Only one coupon code may be applied at checkout and will never be applicable to sale items online. Online Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in-store under any circumstances.

Return / Refund Policy

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions set out in our full Returns Policy. Work Horse Tack reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.

Approved refunds may be subject to applicable transaction, administration, and handling fees, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All shipping, delivery timeframes, courier services, and related charges are subject to the terms and conditions set out in our full Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may be affected by factors beyond the control of Work Horse Tack.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions.
