Chifney/ Anti-Rearing Bit – Straight

The Chifney Straight Mouth Bit –  Attaches to the halter (never to be ridden in). Is used for more control when training horses. This anti-rearing bit is made of stainless steel and is therefore designed never to bend, rust or break. It has a straight un-ported mouthpiece which makes it more suitable for youngsters and horses with sensitive mouths. (Great for that hard-to-handle colt!)

The left and right rings attach to the cheek pieces and the bottom ring has the lead attached to it.
